All bar staff adhere to RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Laws and practises
Eve does not encourage or promote the rapid consumption of alcohol
Management reserves all rights to refuse entry without explanation
No minors are allowed on the premises
Passouts will only be given to patrons in exceptional circumstances
Eve works closely with Victoria Police, State Government and Victorian Liquor Licensing to minimise harm to the community and maintain the amenity of the local area
PATRON BEHAIVIOUR
Patrons are expected to behave in a manner that ensures the security and safety of every person within the premises
Any of the following actions are not tolerated at eve, will result in the offending patron/s being ejected from the venue and may result in Victoria Police attendance
Sexual Harassment
Assault
Racial Harassment
Unruly behaviour, eg, intentionally breaking glassware, jumping on furniture, removing clothing and spitting
Disrespecting, mistreating, bullying or abusing other patrons or staff
Theft in any form
Intoxication
Eve strives to create a safe, fun and secure social environment where patrons are relaxed and comfortable. Eve asks you, the patron to take responsibility of your actions when drinking.
